Raw material stakeholders have played an active role in shaping the research and innovation roadmap throughout the VERAM project. Following a broad stakeholder consultation conducted in autumn 2017, a dedicated workshop brought the project partners and experts together with a decisive task to translate the stakeholder input into a concise roadmap that represents the main outcome of the project.
After two days of intense editing, reframing and visualisation, the workshop resulted in a finalised draft with a visual identity for each of the research and innovation areas. Throughout the workshop, an editor and cartoonist were invited to provide their valuable expertise on editing and schematising the roadmap content. The workshop was organised in Brussels on 13 and 14 February 2018.
